About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will involve handling customer inquiries and billing-related matters for our telecommunications clients.
What you'll be doing
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, account information, and service plans
- Accurately process customer transactions and maintain detailed records
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- HS/SHS grad, billing & sales is a + factor
- Strong EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries and issues
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in both English and Tagalog
