Job summary
The MIS Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the MIS team, providing insights into business performance and suggesting areas for improvement.Responsibilities+

- Background with Workforce facets such as capacity planning, forecasting and other Workforce metrics/calculations – call volumes, AHT,
