Set up and maintain live streaming equipment and software, ensuring smooth and high-quality broadcasts.
Troubleshoot technical issues during live streams, including audio/video problems, network connectivity issues, and software glitches.
Collaborate with content creators and production teams to ensure technical requirements are met for live streaming events.
Provide technical support and training to other team members and content creators.
In charge of the whole department's technical issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in live streaming technology, including expertise in streaming software (e.g., OBS Studio, XSplit) and hardware (e.g., cameras, microphones, capture cards),Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
