We are seeking a confident, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager / Content Creator Virtual Assistant to help grow our digital presence and strengthen our brand footprint, especially on LinkedIn. This role combines content strategy, content creation, and on-camera presence.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing social media for businesses, can create engaging and professional content, and is comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand. Excellent English communication skills and a natural, neutral accent are essential.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or SMM Virtual Assistant
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera (REQUIRED)
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
- Ability to create professional, engaging, and brand-aligned content
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent digital brand presence
- Plan, write, and create posts aligned with the company's voice and goals
- Record video content and confidently appear on camera when needed
- Monitor engagement and optimize content to improve reach and visibility
- Support overall social media growth and audience development
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest content ideas
- Assist with general social media and content-related virtual assistant tasks
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Broader social media management experience across multiple platforms
- Experience with personal branding or company branding
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn videos)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
