Responsibilities

  • Assists in the administration of all ROPA and other properties handled by the group including chattels/returned/foreclosed vehicles Processing of all GSG-CPAD related billings including endorsement of payments within the standard turn-around time
  • Processing of all GSG-CPAD related billings including endorsement of payments within the standard turn-around time and ensures that relevant information are provided thru PDIMS to allow timely settlement
  • Encodes various information in the ROPA Manager System Inspection Reports External Appraisal Reports Real Estate Taxes Vehicles Checklist and other vital ROPA Information as needed by AAMDD-Sales & Materials Disposal Department
