    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Operational processing for 1) the family of III hedge funds; 2) Customer's introducing broker business; and 3) AVM Solution's clients.
    • Relentless focus on proactively seeking out and mitigating operational risk.
    • Assist with domestic & international bond clearing -- Fed, DTC, Euroclear, CREST, etc.
    • Derivatives processing -- interest rate swaps and credit derivatives.
    • Reconcile cash on a daily basis -- trading system vs. debits & credits at the bank.
    • Reconcile positions and activity, of all trade types, on a daily basis.
    • Process electronic and paper confirmations.
    • Interact with administrators, prime brokers, custodians, FCMs, counterparties and brokers.
    • Investigate corporate actions.
    • Miscellaneous processing for various financial products such as loans, TBAs, futures and equities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or similar field.
    • Industry experience to include rates and credit operations is preferred.
    • Excellent problem solving skills.
    • Ability to execute on a consistent basis.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong technical skills.
    • Programming skills is a plus.
    • Advent Geneva and Advent Recon experience is a strong plus.

    Details:

    • Work Shift: Night Shift (9pm-6am)
    • Work Setup: Hybrid (2-4x a month onsite)
