- Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
- Realizing the customers' requirements as a result of effective listening and questioning skills
- Dealing Transacting with all calls politely, , courteously, professionally & assertively
- Can start ASAP.
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required
- Amenable to working on-site OR hybrid
- With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
