    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) for Manilla employees, ensuring compliance with PH legislation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and incorporate specific requirements related to Manilla-based time and labor management.
    • Configure the OTL system to align with PH legislation and company policies.
    • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless deployment of the OTL extension for Manila employees.
    • Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase to ensure successful adoptionand user training.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) systems.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP systems.
    Ability to configure OTL solutions to meet specific requirements.
    Work Set-Up:

    • Project base, contract extendable
    • Hybrid set-up (1/2 x onsite) per week
    • Location: Quezon City
    • Night/Mid Shift
