Our Corporate Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Mindanao in the role of Corporate Analyst and Review Officer.

The individual in this role is responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers and making recommendations for loan approvals and credit limits. Their primary task involves analyzing financial data, assessing risks, and providing insights to support lending decisions. Additionally, they periodically review accounts to identify potential risks and may recommend collection actions when necessary. The role also involves providing direct support to marketing teams by writing credit offering memos, covering various aspects such as line extensions, excess availments, earmarking, and the renewal or granting of credit facilities.

What The Role Will Entail

• Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and make informed recommendations regarding loan approvals and credit limits to be granted.
• Analyze financial data, evaluate risks, and provide insights to support lending decisions.
• Directly support the designated marketing teams on all matters that require writing of credit offering memos which includes, but not limited to, line extensions, excess availments, earmarking, renewal, and/or granting of credit facilities.
  
  

What were looking for

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business/Management/Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or Finance/Accounting/Banking with a strong finance or marketing background.
• Preferably 2 years as Account officer or Credit Officer (if twin track) in commercial and or corporate lending with another similar sized or bigger bank with strong credit knowledge.
• Knows banking products and industry, Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Monitoring and Reporting, Research, and Risk Management.
• Analytical and understand critical business and industry information that will influence credit decisions.
• Good team player and able to liaise with internal units in the delivery of services to clients.
• Has good time management skills and is able to work under pressure to deliver client requirements.
