    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Field Collection Specialist to join our team at Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation.
    • The ideal candidate will have a College level degree or equivalent, 2 years of vocational training, or a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
    • Required skills include motorcycle driving, negotiation, and repossession.
    • The successful candidate will also have 6-12 months of experience as a Credit Verifier and/or Field Collector.
    • Key responsibilities will include collecting accounts receivable, negotiating with customers, and resolving customer concerns.

    The Field Collections specialist will work closely with the Branch Collections Team Lead (BCTL) and other colleagues to achieve collection targets.

    Requirements

    • Must be willing to work rain or shine.
    • Must have a Non-Professional Driver's License and own a motorcycle.
    • Preferably residing in Paranaque, Laspinas, Pasay.
