About the Role

Wing's training ecosystem requires high-quality learning materials that power its instructional design processes. As an Instructional Designer, you'll create engaging, interactive learning experiences aligned with evolving tools and client expectations. Collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts ensures curriculum updates remain relevant and effective.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials for new hire and ongoing training programs.
• Collaborate with Trainers, QA, and Operations SMEs to define learning objectives and translate them into effective instructional materials.
• Develop graded simulations and scenario-based exercises measuring readiness and skill mastery.
• Maintain version control of learning assets and ensure timely rollout of curriculum updates.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to build learner-centric, competency-based modules.
• Partner with the LMS and L&D teams to upload, test, and monitor learning materials within the platform.
• Track learner feedback and performance data to refine course design and improve knowledge retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.
• Strong background in corporate learning, adult education, or process-based training.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design interactive and visual learning experiences for remote learners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version management.
