    Triad Vacation Rentals has been a market leader in the short-term rental space for the past four years — and now we're scaling nationally.

    About the Role:

    This is a full-time remote role for a Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing customer success, customer support processes, providing exceptional client services, managing communication between clients and internal teams, conducting financial assessments, and supporting sales activities.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless property launches
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication
    • Conduct financial assessments and provide insights that help clients maximize returns
    • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all client accounts

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
    • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
    • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
    • Bachelor's degree (required)
    • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus, but not required

    Hours & Compensation:

    • 8 working hours daily, 5 days a week (US Working Hours with lunch break)
    • $450 - $650 USD (Monthly Salary + OTE Bonus Commission)
    • Paid Time Off
    • Contract Role (Paid via Gusto only)
