Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager located in Tuguegarao. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store employees, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and managing customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Ability to manage and motivate employees
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Experience in the health and beauty retail industry is a plus
