Job summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Mercer Marsh Benefits This role will be based in Philippines.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) of benefits to be used for Request for Proposals (RFP) for new and existing clients
- Secure and compare submission of bids by the insurers and HMO providers
- Handle the negotiation with the insurers and medical providers on behalf of clients
