    Leads procurement operations to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality sourcing of goods and services. Responsible for supplier management, contract negotiations, bidding processes, and team supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
    • Oversee bidding and purchasing processes.
    • Maintain purchase order and supplier records.
    • Coordinate with internal departments on requirements.
    • Lead and develop the procurement team.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and cost targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of procurement experience.
    • Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
