    Profile Requirements:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads with proven results
    • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
    • Graphic design skills, with experience creating digital ads that convert
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects optional), Figma, or equivalent
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

    Core responsibilities:

    • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display)
    • Own budget allocation, bid strategies, targeting, and campaign structure to maximize ROAS and efficiency
    • Continuously analyze performance data and implement improvements based on insights
    • Track, report, and explain performance using key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.)
    • Creative Development & Design
    • Design high-performing ad creatives for paid social and display (static, carousel, basic motion if applicable)
    • Collaborate on creative concepts, messaging, and visual direction for campaigns
    • Translate performance insights into creative iterations and testing plans
    • Maintain brand consistency while optimizing creatives for conversion and platform best practices
