- Lead the delivery of IT security outcomes across infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments to mitigate risk and strengthen organizational security posture.
- Apply a solid understanding of security concepts and best practices, including identity and access management, system hardening, security monitoring, and basic incident response.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients, driving meaningful conversations and tailored security recommendations with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage and prioritize multiple security-related projects and initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls, policies, and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of security frameworks and processes according to industry standards and organizational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving security threats, technology trends, and compliance requirements.
- 8+ years of IT experience, with a strong technical foundation and a focus on security.
- Proven track record of delivering security outcomes across infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud.
- Strong grasp of security principles and best practices including:
- Identity and access management
- System hardening and configuration
- Security monitoring and alerting
- Incident detection and basic response
- Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to lead client discussions autonomously.
