Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled
Project Manager
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking record of successfully managing projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. and will work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle
Develop comprehensive project plans to track progress and ensure milestones are met
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using proper validation methods
Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs
Provide regular updates and escalate issues to management when necessary
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise
Track short- and long-term project goals and performance metrics
Manage project budgets and adjust plans based on financial assessments
Prepare detailed project reports and plans for internal and client use
Continuously enhance leadership skills and stay updated through training and industry events
Perform additional duties as required
Create diagrams, spreadsheets, and process maps to support planning and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in project management
Proven track record in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Candidates must have prior experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
