a. Room Details
b. Project Furniture Layout
c. Project Floor Pattern Layout
d. Project power Layout
e. Project Reflected Ceiling Plans & Switching Layout
f. Schedule of Openings
g. Misc. Architectural Details (e.g. Stair, Planter, Railing details)
h. Out line Specifications
i. 3D modeling of the structure or specific rooms/features of the building,
Qualifications
- AUTOCAD , REVIT, SKETCHUP, LUMION, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, MS OFFICE AND EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- work experience in project architect (production): 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- licensed architect (Preferred)
