A Hotel Waiter is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests in restaurants, room service, or banquet functions. The role ensures guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns or complaints politely
- Prepare and set up tables before and after service
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist in room service or banquet events when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality course is an advantage)
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a friendly personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Pay: From Php18,500.00 per month
