What are we looking for?

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
3+ years' experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or a related supply chain function.
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use data to adjust supply plans and optimize inventory management.
Experience working cross-functionally with production, logistics, sales and marketing to align supply plans with business needs.
Advanced skills in analytic tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) - Essential
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and collaboration.
Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and purchasing processes.
Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, including purchase order tracking, freight coordination, and shipment management.
Excellent stakeholder such as Sales, Marketing, AP, CSO and Field Logistic collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.

What will you do?

Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, ensuring the timely availability of products.
Analyse inventory levels and supply data to adjust replenishment strategies and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Collaborate with AP SCM and logistic team to balance supply capacity with market demand and business objectives.
Utilize planning tools and ERP systems to create accurate supply forecasts and optimize inventory levels.

Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues and propose corrective actions to improve lead times and overall supply chain efficiency.

Generate regular reports on supply performance, including key metrics like on-time delivery and stock levels.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and reducing costs.
