- Lead a retail branch with strict adherence to the Gigahertz Sales Process
- Conduct daily sales drills, role-plays, and coaching sessions with sales staff
- Monitor execution metrics (conversion, attachments, compliance, daily targets)
- Ensure consistent customer experience through process discipline, not shortcuts
- Enforce routines: opening huddles, mid-day checks, end-of-day reviews
- Hold team members accountable for following the process — even when it feels repetitive
- Coordinate with head office on performance reports, compliance, and execution gaps
- Thrives in structured, repetitive, and system-driven environments
- Believes consistency beats talent when it comes to sales performance
- Is comfortable coaching the same behaviors multiple times a day
- Can enforce standards calmly, firmly, and without emotion
- Understands that discipline creates freedom and results
- Telco retail (Globe, Smart, Samsung, Apple resellers, etc.)
- BPO / call center sales or operations (especially inbound sales or QA)
- Retail operations with strong SOP enforcement
- Fast-food / QSR leadership roles (Shift Manager, Store Manager)
- Training, compliance, or performance management roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or operations
- Proven experience leading teams under strict processes or scripts
- Strong coaching, monitoring, and follow-through skills
- High tolerance for repetition and daily routines
- Comfortable with metrics, reporting, and performance reviews
- Willingness to be hands-on on the sales floor
