Job summary
Maintain computerized financial system Preparation of GL/SL Schedules Review journal entries before they are encoded in the system Ensure that all government required reports and payments are properly and promptly submitted and paid Ensure that all intercompany charges are paid on time Ensure correctness of RFPs and properly supported with documents Process petty cash replenishment for Main Square mall Provide the cleanliness and security of the Accounting Office including the files computers and other equipment used by the department
