The HR Officer / HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
- Process payroll inputs, monitor attendance, and administer employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations concerns and ensure proper implementation of company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain employee files, and support supervisors on staffing and performance matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- With relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in labor laws, company policies, and HR processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
