    Minimum Education:

    Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Events Management, or any Marketing-related course.

    Years of Experience:

    Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in Brand Management, Project Management, and Events and Production Management.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and planning skills;
    • Strong multitasking skills;
    • Good communication and presentation skills;
    • Excellent problem-solving skills;
    • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
    • Experience in sales, product, and client management
    • Knowledge on Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.
    Job Description
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and management of new and existing accounts.
    • Leads day-to-day management and optimization of clientâs campaigns and assists in strategy development.
    • Proactively finds new ways to build the clientâs business and grow accounts.
    • Prepare business presentations and reports to clients.
    • Maintains awareness of current trends in events marketing and execution. And understanding of materials, costs and time requirements.
    • Provides responses to client inquiries and resolves client issues and concerns promptly.
    • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the managing director of any problems that may arise
    • Monitors and relays end-to-end requirements with respective team leads and proponents
    • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and or opportunities within or related to the project
    • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
    • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Managing Director, Sales, or other support.
    • Communicates the client's goals and represents the client's interests to the team.
    • Understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively communicating all offerings to the client.
    • Facilitates project team and client meetings effectively.
    • Keeps the project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
    • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
    • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
    • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
