Responsibilities
- Check and verify Customers' payments via Bank Statement (Prepaid Accounts, Franchisee Fee and Cash Bond) and payments from EFTI, Locator and Manpower to ensure that the payment is valid and accurate
- Prepare and submit the customer's Statement of Account/Billing Statement in accordance with the SLA to be able to inform the customer of their approaching due account or sales invoices
