JOB SUMMARY

The Employee Information Section Head is responsible for leading the administration, integrity, and strategic use of employee data across the organization, with strong emphasis on compliance with banking regulations, labor laws, and data privacy requirements. The role oversees end-to-end employee data management, HRIS governance, and the development of HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven workforce and regulatory decisions.

This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant maintenance of employee records in accordance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations, labor standards, and internal control policies. The Section Head translates HR data into meaningful insights for management reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions, and serves as the HR subject matter expert on employee information systems, data governance, and workforce analytics. The role partners closely with HR leadership, Compliance, IT, and business units to strengthen controls, mitigate data-related risks, and continuously improve HR reporting and systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reviews the tasks done by the EIS Assistants related to:

A. Hiring

B. Regularization of Employment

C. Employee Transfers

D. OTP Training & Promotion

E. Employee Separation

F. Updating / Maintenance of Employee Database

G. Internal & Government Reports & Surveys

Sets the team's business plans/KRAs and ensure the timely execution of the EIS functions
Ensures that the reportorial requirements are submitted and delivered within the prescribed schedule & guideline.

· BSP reports on hiring, separation and movements

· DOLE reports on termination/suspension

· Government surveys like DOLE/ NSO/ SEC requirements

· SSS reports

Attends to long and/ or short term project requirements:

a. BOS/e activities and other system updates

b. Data Organization & Clean Up

Attends to various manpower related reports& listings needed/mandated by the following:

a. San Miguel Group

b. Risk Management

c. Corporate Planning/ Accounting

d. Other units

Ensures the timely implementation of salary related actions:

a. Promotion

b. Salary Adjustment

c. Merit Increase

d. CBA Increase

In-charge with the sending of the following instructions:

a. Benefits Advice on the change of insurance coverage

b. Deactivation of lotus notes and other systems access

c. Inclusion & exclusion in the SMC free-lunch database

Serves as a custodian of all Senior Officers personnel files and records ensuring security, confidentiality, and integrity of documents and information.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
