Job summary
The Certificate of Origin (COO) Specialist is responsible for determining, validating and maintaining certificates of origin for all products and materials ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency across global processes.This role requires specialized expertise in Trade Compliance and Manufacturing Knowledge with applying the concepts of Rules of Origin Tariff Shift Value Add understanding Production Process Rules Sets and what constitutes minor processing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze assign the correct origin for new part numbers review existing ones to identify potential errors risks.
- Apply specific rules e.g kit vs assembly ensure uniformity across all sites.
