    Your Role

    • Contacts customers to secure necessary documentation for the unknown deductions
    • Validate and resolve identified customer disputes
    • Collect documents and contact the customer for repayment for invalid disputes
    • Finding unknown deductions that are assigned to Manila portfolio
    • Collaborate with local counterpart to resolve customer disputes

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelorâs Degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, or any other relevant courses
    • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in Finance or Accounting related processes is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Intermediate knowledge In MS Office (Excel formulas and PPT presentations); SAP and Macro knowledge is an advantage
    • Experience in SAP for payment transaction codes is highly preferred
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must have analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills
    • Amenable to work on a full night shift schedule (9:00 PM â 6:00 AM), and following the US Holiday
