Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Signal Security
Location: Fully Remote – Open to candidates in the Philippines
Employment Type: Full-Time Remote Employee (U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours)
Compensation: Competitive base + commission

Role Overview: As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you'll support our U.S. sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50–80+ outbound calls/emails per day to targeted prospects
- Use ZoomInfo and CoStar to build and refine lists of commercial properties, owners, tenants, schools, and decision-makers
- Research prospects, personalize outreach, and qualify interest in security services
- Log all activity, manage leads, and track pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate remotely with the U.S. team using various platforms
- Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs (e.g., meetings booked, opportunities created)
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with:
- Salesforce (logging activities, reports, dashboards, lead/opportunity management)
- ZoomInfo (building lists, intent data, contact enrichment)
- CoStar (commercial real estate searches, property/owner data for targeting)
- Excellent written and spoken English (fluency required – clear, professional, confident communication)
- Proven ability to work fully remote: stable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, reliable PC/laptop, reliable phone service
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (evenings/nights in PH)
- Self-motivated, resilient to rejection, goal-oriented, and coachable
Preferred Qualifications
- Conversational or business-level Spanish (big plus for diverse prospects)
- Experience in security services, property management, and/or commercial real estate sales
- Salesforce Trailhead badges or ZoomInfo/CoStar training/certifications
- Prior remote U.S. client experience
