    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of items, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
    • Monitor warehouse and showroom inventory levels and optimize warehouse storage capacity.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including packing lists, delivery receipts, stock transfers, and reports.
    • Manage company service requests and efficiently prepare schedule and itinerary of drivers.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year of work experience as Logistics Assistant/Logistics Staff/Logistics Coordinator/Admin Staff/Admin Assistant or equivalent
    • Proven experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and can work independently.

    Work Conditions

    Type: Full-time and On-site only

    Location: Quezon City

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
