- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards
- Oversee and evaluate Electrical & Auxiliary works, ensuring quality execution and value engineering opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, assessments, and approvals
- Investigate complaints, defects, and construction or design issues, providing expert recommendations for resolution
- Interpret and implement technical designs effectively to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of electrical works
- Perform additional duties as required to support project success
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
- 3-5 years of experience in Electrical & Auxiliary works for high-end residential or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
