No two days are the same at Agoda Data and technology are at the heart of our culture fueling our curiosity and innovation If you re ready to begin your best journey join us Get to know our team Are you passionate about driving change optimizing processes building something impactful from the ground up The Finance Operations Excellence Team is a new team in Agoda Finance that plays a pivotal role in transforming our finance operations This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of finance operations at Agoda You ll have the chance to build a high impact team build vision drive excellence leave your mark In this Role you ll get to Lead finance process owners across multiple finance functions such as RTR OOC PTP drive business transformation enhance design new workflows that will improve efficiency scalability accuracy Identify process improvement opportunities reduce process waste streamline processes apply digital solutions Design establish methodologies conduct process assessments business process value stream mapping Establish structured way continue improvement culture within organization encourage innovation Develop deliver business case justification process improvement initiatives Lead discussions multiple stakeholders including Finance leaders Finance process owners Financial tech system experts Collaborate Fintech teams design implementation digital solutions Ensure new processes fully well deployed embedded Design metrics measure success efficiency benefits changes implemented Establish systematic way maintain business inventory central repository Coach mentor Team members run finance optimization projects ensure equipped skills knowledge Support ad hoc request tasks What Need Succeed Bachelor s Degree Finance Accounting related discipline Minimum 8-10 years experience Finance Process consulting housework Operation Excellence Solid understanding especially RTR OOC PTP Experience User these processes plus Lean Six Sigma minimum Green belt or any Lean certification must Experience people management Strong logical thinking problem solving Excellent communication stakeholder mgmt skills strong English Business analytical ability collect organize analyze significant amounts data detail accuracy Think outside box challenge status quo Data driven oriented Self starter fast learner adapt dynamic pace environment Ecommerce industry plus
