    Training AssistantTraining Assistants prepare new staff for their job duties by conducting training programs, which can take the form of lectures and/or learning materials.

    They assess the training needs of new hires and align them with the skills needs of the company. Training Assistants possess mastery in the program they teach, providing mentorship and support to employees. They work in corporations across all industries.


    Job Description:

    • Creating training manuals, modules, and other learning materials.
    • Providing training sessions in a face-to-face, online, or hybrid setup.
    • Conducting assessments to evaluate employee mastery.
    • Devising training strategies and best practices.
    • Producing content for in-house training materials.
    • Evaluating completed training programs for optimization.
    • Reporting and presenting training results to management

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or another related field.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • With experience in facilitating training courses and creating training modules.
    • Has excellent interpersonal skills
    • Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills
    • Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
    • Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs.
    • Can operate MS Office
    • Highly trainable individual
    • Willing to Travel to assigned areas
