The Manager Operational Training plays a critical role in leading the end-to-end execution of learning and development projects delivered by Design Services.Responsibilities
- Project planning & scoping
- Conduct project scoping discussions with clients and SMEs to define learning objectives deliverables and success metrics
- Translate client needs into detailed project charters timelines and work breakdown structures
- Develop maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with the client's development standards
- Foster collaboration clear communication across all contributors
Skills
- Certifications PMP or other project management certifications ATD CPLP or similar instructional design/learning certifications
- > Project management expertise Proven experience managing end-to-end learning or instructional design projects Solid ability to create project charters timelines work breakdown structures Familiarity with risk issue management processes Stakeholder management Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships facilitate meetings kickoffs status updates reviews Skilled in expectation setting alignment across multiple stakeholders Team coordination Experience coordinating cross-functional teams SMEs designers reviewers Ability to manage workloads resolve resource conflicts Communication skills Excellent written verbal communication for client-facing interactions documentation Solid presentation facilitation skills Technical proficiency Familiarity Learning Management Systems LMS content deployment processes Proficiency project management tools e.g MS Project Smartsheet Asana similar Reporting documentability Ability maintain accurate project documentation provide clear progress reports.
