- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, and delivering high-quality software for customers.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade software.
- Demonstrated success in people leadership in software development, particularly using an Agile process and leading with a DevOps approach for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- A sense of personal ownership and accountability is required, along with the ability to deliver to deadlines while managing internal stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in leading scrum meetings, sprint planning, and estimation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to software design.
- Experience working with a geographically and culturally diverse team and stakeholders.
- Practiced Agile / Scrum methodology.
