    Job Summary:

    Brand Manager will lead in driving the growth of his/her assigned brand or category. The manager is responsible for generating business-building insights, formulating strategies, and implementing integrated communication campaigns while ensuring business profitability. The manager will be working closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Operations) to ensure excellent execution of plans, review and monitoring of targets, and identifying data-driven issues, opportunities to develop short to long term growth strategies and plans. You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth.     Job Responsibilities:

    Brand Management:

    • Analyses financial reports and uses them in decision-making when developing and evaluating marketing activities for the category; recommends cross-functional initiatives/projects.
    • Develops business and marketing plans for assigned products, brands, or segments thereof, including in-store/sales promotions, activation programs, digital marketing initiatives pricing, and other implementation strategies.
    • Participates in the development and implementation of communications materials involving assigned brands.
    • Coordinate with Product Development to qualify the product and package through various tests.
    • Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the trade team.
    • Participates in the evaluation of promotions, activation, and PR/advertising associated with assigned brands or products; assesses success against approved plans.

    Market Research on Consumer Insights:

    • Develops brand and business-building insights founded on a holistic understanding of consumers across channels and categories to be used in combination with shopper and customer insights.
    • Uses research and other sources of information to synthesize and create insights that anticipate and react to consumer behaviors.
    • In-depth understanding of consumer and shopper behaviors.

    Financial Management:

    • Develops and monitors A&P requirements for the brand assigned, assuring adherence to the approved budgets.
    • Analyses financial reports and uses them in decision-making when developing and evaluating marketing activities for the category; recommends cross-functional initiatives/projects.

    Project Management:

    • Effectively and efficiently directs cross-functional project teams using PPM processes and methods.

    Recruitment:

    • Spearheaded the recruitment of targeted consumers and sellers such as but not limited to Influencer/Ambassador management and became relevant through brand stories.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
    • At least 3-5 years of working experience in brand conceptualization and execution or any related field is required for this position.
    • Experience in Skin Care and Food Supplement industries is an advantage in this position.
    • Proficient in formulating numbers, reports, and data-driven.
    • Highly proactive, creative, analytical, and possess a good leadership style.
    • Possess an excellent Project Management Skills.
    • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
