    GrowthAssistant is looking for an energetic and experienced Sr. Creative Designer to support one of our U.S.-based clients. In this role, you'll take full ownership of design strategy and execution, acting as the subject matter expert for creative assets across social media, newsletters, presentations, and digital campaigns.

    Compensation & Perks

    Salary Range: ₱70,000 - ₱85,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

    Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

    Bonuses:

    • $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus
    • Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)
    • $300 referral bonus per successful hire

    Paid Parental Leave

    What You'll Do

    • Act as the design SME, providing creative strategies, recommendations, and execution across channels
    • Apply brand guidelines to social media ads, newsletter graphics, and presentation designs
    • Post and schedule social media content (X, LinkedIn; Meta in the future) using Hypefury, Typefully, and manual scheduling as needed
    • Edit video/podcast content (volume, audio polish, basic design overlays); stitch and edit short video/GIF content for campaigns
    • Create decks and enhance internal docs, proposals, and presentations
    • QC and iterate on creative assets (crop, resize, add overlays, improve design)
    • Provide recommendations on optimizing and improving design styles
    • Use tools such as Notion, Google Docs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite to deliver high-quality work

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience designing social media ads, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations for U.S.-based clients
    • Experience posting to social media channels (X, LinkedIn preferred)
    • 1+ year of experience with admin/reporting tasks (e.g., social media metrics)
    • Strong proofreading skills for grammar, readability, and accuracy
    • Highly organized with a project management approach to work
    • Comfortable offering recommendations and new ideas to clients
    • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle shifting priorities and ad-hoc tasks
    • Excellent collaboration skills, with availability to meet U.S.-based clients several times per week
    • Ability to work CST hours

    Nice to Have

    • Video editing experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
    • Experience working with early-stage startups
    • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Canva
