Maintenance and Technical Support Staff - Quezon City

Key Responsibilities;
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards, sanitation requirements, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with the Operations Head or management regarding maintenance/repair schedules and urgent technical concerns.
- Assist in construction and renovation activities as needed, ensuring proper execution based on approved plans and restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with external service providers during repairs or specialized technical work when required.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of kitchen equipment, dining area facilities, and other technical systems within the restaurant.
Qualifications;
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance (engineering license not required).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, technical support, or a related field.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Willing to work on-site and respond to emergency maintenance concerns when necessary.
- Capable of handling maintenance-related tasks.
