JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible and accountable in planning, organizing and carrying out programs relating to overall HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, engagement, training and development, and organizational development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Recruitment

a. Conduct strategic workforce planning by assessing departmental staffing needs, identifying skill gaps, driving talent management and succession initiatives to support organizational growth, and implementing effective recruitment and streamlined staffing processes.

II. Compensation and Benefits

a. Supervises the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate statutory remittances and annual compliance reporting to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, while developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs.

III. Employee & Labor Relations

a. Delivers employee counseling, conflict resolution, and intervention services; supports performance management by guiding managers in coaching, discipline, and grievance handling; and ensures proper due process in disciplinary cases by preparing notices and corrective action documents, facilitating administrative hearings, and coordinating with legal counsel on labor-related matters.

IV. Training and Development

a. Assess employees' skill and knowledge gaps to identify appropriate training opportunities or develop and implement training programs—including job design, performance standards, and training materials—while ensuring regular performance appraisals, delivering constructive feedback, and recommending areas for improvement.

V. Employee Engagement

a. Develop and manage reward and recognition programs, policies, and procedures that boost employee motivation and productivity in alignment with business goals and organizational culture, while implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

VI. Organizational Development

a. Develop merit-based succession and career planning programs, oversee personnel operations budgeting, review and enhance policies on employee safety and wellness, conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover causes, prepare HR reports with improvement recommendations, and carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  2. Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience

  3. At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a corporate environment

  4. Demonstrated experience across all core HR functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
