Business Development Officer - Mexico, Pampanga

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day business development and project management activities
- Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of business projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with Korean-speaking partners, clients, and stakeholders through meetings, emails, and calls
- Assist in joint venture planning, documentation, coordination, and follow-through
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis to support growth strategies
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and business correspondence
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with agreed objectives
- Facilitate internal coordination between departments to ensure smooth project implementation
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are properly tracked
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the General Manager related to business growth and operations
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any degree (Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is an advantage but not required)
- Proficient in spoken and written Korean language (mandatory)
- Knowledge or experience in Business Development, Project Management, and Joint Ventures
- Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills
- Ability to assist senior management and handle confidential business information
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office or similar productivity tools
