Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious commercial bank here in the Philippines that offers an array of deposits, flexible loans, high-yielding investment, asset management, and other financial services. This bank is looking for a Systems Administrator well-versed in LINUX/UNIX Systems. The job is based in Greenhills, San Juan.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, operating system, and related infrastructure
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure

Key Job Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in systems administration
• Knowledgeable in LINUX, UNIX, and Windows operating systems
• Familiar with AIX, LINUX, UNIX Shell Scripting
• Working knowledge of application security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently
• Ability to effectively communicate systems issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary: PHP 50, PHP 60,000.00 per month
