    The Business Analyst supporting the price increase program CoE, will be responsible for providing analysis and creating data-driven insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitive advantage through effective pricing strategies.

    Key areas of responsibility for this leadership role:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data, including sales trends, competitor pricing, market segmentation, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
    • Support the development of pricing models, tools, and methodologies to facilitate pricing decision-making, including cost analysis, price elasticity, and value-based pricing.
    • Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate the potential impacts of price changes on revenue, profitability, and customer behavior.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to understand business requirements and objectives related to pricing initiatives.
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of price increase programs, including communication plans, implementation timelines, and performance tracking.
    • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from pricing data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc pricing projects, such as pricing reviews, competitive benchmarking, and promotional pricing analysis.
    • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance pricing analytics capabilities, streamline data processes, and improve data quality and accuracy.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting pricing strategies, and communicate relevant insights to stakeholders.
    • Support the development of pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, mathematics, or related field advanced degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing analysis, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools experience with pricing analytics software is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business results through data-driven decision-making.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategies, revenue management concepts, and pricing optimization techniques.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM systems, and other business applications used for pricing and sales management.
