- Responsible for the technical evaluation of properties in accordance with the Area or Division's systems, procedures, and program terms and policies;
- Conduct site inspection, verification of title, property's land use, and appraisal of properties for acquisition through CMP.
- Gathers and analyses general and specific data necessary in the preparation of appraisal report;
- Prepares site inspection, title verification, appraisal, project accomplishments, and compliance reports;
- Validates accomplishments and compliance reports/documents submitted by stakeholders and assess conditions thereof for the purpose of loan release;
- Undertakes thorough evaluation of the site development and house construction cost estimates submitted by the CMP-M/Community Association to determine the technical feasibility of the proposed project under SHFC's housing programs;
- Checks a) property boundaries and configuration thru plotting, b)the accuracy of the technical description inscribed in the TCT, c) the approved subdivision plan, and d) the total land area;
- Identifies issues/ bottlenecks encountered in the evaluation of appraisal process;
- Prepares materials for the presentation to the SHFC Board of Directors for LOG approval;
- Canvasses prices of construction materials;
- Monitors project accomplishments for site development and house construction and the performance of CPM; and
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
