• Collaborate and communicate updates to the project team in Australia so that our customers can stay up to date
• The ability to lead and influence a growing team
• Implement open 2-way feedback with the development team
• Quality assurance is at the heart of your work and delivery
• You'll have deep experience in both Enterprise Cloud and Cloud migration, with proven commercial experience in solution design and implementation
• Ideally, the above will be complemented by application development and/or data management experience at a comparable level
• Your experienced leading developers, teams following a hybrid Agile methodology
• Experience with Azure is crucial, you don't need to know everything but need to be comfortable talking about it and know the core services
• A solid understanding of DevOps, comfortable talking about automation, pipelines and the culture shift required
• Experience across other CMS environments will enforce your knowledge and choosing the right tool for the job

• Umbraco CMS 10+
• Front End 5+ years.
• Sitecore, Kentico (nice to have)
• NodeJS (nice to have)
• A strong understanding of security best practices
