At Globe our goal is to create a wonderful world for our people business and nation By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference we are confident that we can achieve this goal This role will entail monitoring of built facility capacities & analysis of capacity planning drivers to meet intended customer experience serviceability quality financial/profitability outcomes Duties And Responsibilities Lead the support team for end-to-end management of assigned projects to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services Work closely with Product Team/Product Managers for product rationalization projects Reports generation analysis presentation Close monitoring of all product related information from the assigned project Represent Core Product team in assigned project discussion related to data gathering monitoring updates Responsible for identifying analysing new business opportunities for Presents to the senior management working committee status project Calls out support other project dependencies impacting progress project Monitors progress each track in project Ensures projects tasks implemented monetized as planned Leads different tracks in projects Ensures smooth change management during transition Requirements Minimum 2-3 years work experience demand or capacity management platforms service governance Work experience telco company preferred working knowledge telco fundamentals Working knowledge financial valuation business case development Graduate Bachelor Statistics Computer Science IT or other related courses Equal Opportunity Employer Globe's hiring process promotes equal opportunity applicants Any form of discrimination not tolerated throughout entire employee lifecycle including hiring process such as posting vacancies selecting interviewing applicants
Qualifications
