    We are looking for a
    Product Development Specialist
    who thrives at the intersection of science, creativity, and speed. This is a high-impact role that directly fuels DEG's growth by delivering innovative, cost-efficient, and market-ready products that delight our customers and strengthen our brands.

    Your Mission

    Support the creation and delivery of innovative, customer-focused products that uphold DEG's reputation for excellence. You will execute key stages of the product lifecycle—from concept to commercialization—ensuring every launch meets quality, cost, compliance, and timeline targets while aligning with our strategic goals.

    What You'll Own

    • Launch at least 10 new or improved SKUs per year
    • Ensure 90% adherence to product development timelines
    • Accelerate speed-to-market of product launches by 10–15%
    • Introduce at least 2 trend-based product concepts annually
    • Develop and refine formulations for cosmetics, personal care, and/or homecare products
    • Prepare and manage project timelines (Gantt charts) from concept to commercialization
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams
    • Coordinate with toll manufacturers and suppliers (local and international)
    • Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and product integrity
    • Optimize raw materials and packaging costs while maintaining quality standards

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or any science-related course; PRC license is preferred
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in formulating cosmetics, personal care, or homecare products within an FMCG manufacturing setting
    • Proven track record of on-time, within-cost product launches (NPD and improvements)
    • Strong background in raw material and packaging cost optimization
    • Experience working with toll manufacturers and cross-functional teams
    • Knowledgeable in regulatory and compliance standards
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple launches simultaneously
