    The Training Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and facilitation of online/virtual, classroom instructor-led, blended learning, and supplemental training materials (i.e., user guides, videos, job aids, graphics) that are functional, engaging, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles. This is a full-time, year-round position, in our Manila office, within the Global Outsourcing Training Department.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Master the program content of the Global Outsourcing US Service Center to train and evaluate learners to the identified objectives
    Facilitate learning in a creative, interactive, and enthusiastic learning environment
    Design and develop online, classroom, and blended learning materials using instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise< br/> Maintain and develop learning programs using a project management approach across cross-functional teams, including needs assessment, solution development, delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement.
    Consult with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure training information is current and accurate
    Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness
    Support and train seasonal facilitators
    Act in a compliant, professional manner at all times
    Cultivate strong working relationships across multiple sites
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Experience in public speaking and presentation skills required
    Proven project management skills
    Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills. Ability to write and speak effectively to a variety of audiences, and to convey messages with clarity and brevity
    Must demonstrate an aptitude for understanding and using various learning technologies
    Ability to work well both independently and with others in a fast paced, dynamic, virtual environment
    Must be able to follow and communicate the procedures and policies of the training department
    Ideal candidate should be able to respond positively to change and the challenges and opportunities it brings
    Needs to have the presence to maintain the control and respect of an audience, while maintaining positive rapport
    Robust understanding of adult learning theory and learning styles
    Experience using Rise and Articulate to build trainings in a BPO environment a plus
    Strong technical skills preferred
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work a flexible work schedule within core North America-based hours and be punctual to work
    Proactive communicator ensuring manager and team are aware of any challenges, project updates, and time off
    Associates or Bachelor s degree a plus
