    Key Responsibilities


    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
    • Design and implement employee retention strategies
    • Head Policy development and monitoring.
    • Design and define a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company strategy and business goals.
    • Ensure that compensation and benefits policies and practices are properly documented; regularly reviewed and updated ; and remain compliant with the local labor regulations.
    • Handles employee management communication and acts as a Point of Contact (POC) for all Compensation related employee concerns.
    • Develop compensation materials and training to illustrate and communicate compensation related information.
    • Partners with concerned departments in solving employee benefits issues
    • Engage and partner with HR Manager and General Operations Manager on HR programs

    Qualifications:
    A degree holder in Human Resource Management, business or any related field

    • At least 2 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits
    • Has a full understanding on Labor Laws and employment regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Must have strong knowledge and willing to handle in DOLE Compliance and SSS/PhilHealth/PAGIBIG Compliance
    Salary – 25,000 ~ 30,000
