- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Head Policy development and monitoring.
- Design and define a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company strategy and business goals.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits policies and practices are properly documented; regularly reviewed and updated ; and remain compliant with the local labor regulations.
- Handles employee management communication and acts as a Point of Contact (POC) for all Compensation related employee concerns.
- Develop compensation materials and training to illustrate and communicate compensation related information.
- Partners with concerned departments in solving employee benefits issues
- Engage and partner with HR Manager and General Operations Manager on HR programs
- At least 2 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Has a full understanding on Labor Laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must have strong knowledge and willing to handle in DOLE Compliance and SSS/PhilHealth/PAGIBIG Compliance
