    About the Role

    Step into the engine room of the FX trading lifecycle. As part of a high-performing FX Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring trades settle accurately, on time, and with strong operational controls.

    This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end FX trade support, close collaboration with global counterparties, and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a fast-paced, professional markets environment.

    If you thrive on resolving breaks, improving processes, and delivering results under tight deadlines—this role will sharpen highly transferable skills in financial markets operations.

    What You'll Do

    • Reconcile FX trades against counterparty confirmations, investigate exceptions, and drive timely resolution
    • Agree daily netted settlements for FX Spot and manage weekly forward rollovers for FX Forwards
    • Actively monitor FX settlements during rollover periods, proactively coordinating with banks and counterparties
    • Manage FX settlement reconciliations and resolve settlement breaks end-to-end
    • Partner closely with internal teams (Trading, Treasury/Cash, Risk, and Operations) to ensure smooth pre- and post-trade workflows
    • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and control improvements to reduce breaks and improve turnaround times

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
    • Amenable to working under an agency arrangement
    • 5–10 years of experience in Middle Office, Back Office, or Trade Operations within a financial institution
    • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to perform under daily cut-offs and deadlines
    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging counterparties and banks
    • Collaborative, flexible team player who can support peak periods and help the team meet targets

    Nice to Have (But Not Required)

    • Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Forwards, Swaps/Rollovers)
    • Experience with reconciliations, exception management, and root-cause analysis
    • Familiarity with market infrastructure and tools such as confirmation platforms, settlement processes, and SWIFT/payment workflows
